Review of the Remote Control for SM Series Transmitters

The Remote Control for SM Series transmitters offers an innovative solution through acoustically coupled technology. With an operational range of up to two feet, it facilitates convenient management of SM Series transmitters, especially in challenging environments.

As a cost-effective alternative to the full-function RM and RM2 models, the LectroMote App allows users to control transmitter settings effortlessly. Utilizing a "dweedle" tone played into the microphone, users can activate or deactivate Sleep and Lock modes, which is particularly advantageous when transmitters are concealed within costumes. This remote control capability not only enhances efficiency by reducing the need for last-minute adjustments but also preserves battery life during extended intervals of inactivity.

The LectroMote App features dedicated buttons for each function, thereby streamlining user interaction and enhancing overall usability. While the app retains similar operational capabilities to the RM and RM2, it does not offer options for setting frequency and input gain.
